Spa Policies
Reservations
Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card and a $100 deposit is required for booking parties of five or more and a 20% managing and gratuity fee will be added to regular service price. Deposit will be used towards spa services and is non-refundable for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for any treatment or dollar amount and may be redeemed for services or retail products. For your convenience, gift certificates are also available via phone with a major credit card and can be delivered by mail or e-mail. A gift certificate may not be purchased in conjunction with any special offer or discounts.
Spa Etiquette
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so you may enjoy our relaxing atmosphere and prepare for your experience.
While in the Spa, we ask that everyone speak in a soft tone so that all of our guests may enjoy the relaxing atgmosphere and their services.
Late Arrivals
We reqret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our menu prices. If you would like to leave a gratuity for your technicians, you may do so through our front desk staff.
Guest Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice for all spa services.
Cell Phones
Out of consideration for our guests, please mute cell phones. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa. Our front desk staff will gladly assist you if needed. |
